WWU - Trepidtion

I'm writing this on Tuesday and I'm tired and my stomach feels funny.  I wonder if I'm nervous about going to PT tomorrow - it'll be my first visit back since surgery.  I'm ready and willing to do whatever Amanda says but at the same time my dang leg is still hurting, so what will that feel like with movement and stretches?

I am getting my hair done in the morning, before my appointment, so at least I'll look good even if I don't feel good, har.  I want to feel better; it's been four weeks since surgery and this is getting old.  I haven't even set up a time to workout with Jared because everything hurts and I'm dying.  OK it's not that bad but I haven't had a day where I didn't have pain since last February.  Even though it's not blinding like it was a few months ago, it's constant, and I feel worn down, which is ironic since I don't do anything more than walking.

The end.

  1. I hope PT goes well today! I can definitely understand the nerves about that, but you're in good hands! Are you clear to workout with Jared again too? That and PT may both help more than you think, so I hope you can get something set up soon.

But I thought "everything hurts and I'm dying" is what is supposed to happen during/after a workout :)

    1. Technically I am cleared for Jared but because I am still hurting I'm waiting until after my first PT visit to schedule with him. And yeah, I've said that phrase many many time during a run, LOL.

  2. Constant pain is exhausting and I'm sorry. I hope today is far better than you think and a little magic is sprinkled in so you get some relief.

  4. I'm so sorry this is carrying on for so long. But walking is okay. I walk three days a week, and I don't even like it. But I have to keep moving, so I do it.
