I know everyone is busy so I'll make this quick.
Running? Good. Weather nice. Legs work.
Gym? Good. Trainers nice. Body works. Pushups? Ouch.
Oh and Jeff ran 20 freaking miles last Saturday. He was tired and his feet were sore for a couple of days afterward, but overall he felt pretty good. He's just about ready for Houston!
Glad to see its all good in your world! However, I miss your usual recap of your Saturday that you do on Wednesdays.
ReplyDeleteIs 20 miles the highest miles they run prior to the race?
Glad you like my longer recaps - they'll be back soon. :)
DeleteHow many 20 milers do those marathoners have scheduled? Or are they going even further?
ReplyDeleteThey have one more long run - 22 miles. Then they are on taper.
DeleteThat reminds me, I need to get back to work on push ups!
ReplyDeleteI find it's hard to wash my hair the day after a heavy push up workout, LOL.
DeleteI'm glad all is going well with you guys! Yay for Jeff! Houston is just around the corner!!
ReplyDeleteI know because we are distracted with the holidays that it doesn't seem that close, but YES - Houston really is coming up quickly!!
DeleteThat's a pretty funny post. I think the best news is GOOD WEATHER!!!
ReplyDeleteOMG yes, I am so enjoying the cooler weather running!!
DeleteLOL!!! Thanks for the quick post. Kudos to Jeff!
ReplyDeleteI'll pass on your kudos. :)
