Happy Independence Day!

It's the 4th of July and we are celebrating our nation's 238th birthday!  This morning Jeff and I will be running the Four on the Fourth race in Carrboro, North Carolina, and we'll follow that with some pure summer food - grilled meat, corn on the cob, and chilled watermelon.  We'll make the most of our last day in North Carolina as tomorrow we'll start the long drive home to Texas.

To my American readers, enjoy "our" day - and to everyone, come back on Monday for our new AIM post.  I'll have my race recap up on Wednesday.  Have a great weekend!
