FMM - Black and White Edition

Black:
A week's worth of exercise capris, hanging to dry.  It hit me when I walked into my closet and saw this that hey, I get a lot of workouts in each week.  Good job, me!

White:
Hard boiled eggs.  No wait, PERFECT hard boiled eggs, thanks to our new InstantPot.  Love having a quick snack or an easy lunch option handy.

Black and white:
I was laying on our bed with the heated mattress pad on, which makes me a magnet for the animals.
Henry doesn't care that I've got the camera just inches away from his face, that's how much he loves the heated bed.  At least he wasn't drooling in this shot...when he's purring he just drools like a fool.  Also, would you believe this cat is nearly 14 years old?  He's got to have a painting stashed away somewhere, right?

Black and white...and white:
Watching me cook from the comfort of the couch.
I love it when he sleeps in a full stretch.
Sleeping on my lap the other evening.  Dead to the world - not even petting him woke him up.
Such a sleepy dog!  I forget how old he really is until I see a picture like this and realize that his black face is mostly white now.
For reference, same side of his face, about 12 years ago.
I not old, Mom.  Just mature.

Have a great weekend!

  2. That's a lot of capris - go you indeed!

I have grayed right along with Paco over these years but thankfully I am human and can cover that mess up.

    1. LOL - if they had Just for Men for Dogs, do you think Paco would want it?

Great job on all your workouts!

Have a great weekend. Seems funny not to read about any great/big races going on...

    1. We had a race last Sunday - you might have missed the recap on Wednesday's post. I'm down to doing about one race per month for the first part of this year, though.

  5. Our little old white faced doggies! Love seeing Paco in his jacket! And Henry is really a very pretty cat! Boy that's a lot of workout capris. I bought two pair at Costco this past fall, and I do wish I had bought six of them. They are really nice.

    1. Henry IS pretty, isn't he? He knows it, too. ;)

At least Sophie and Paco are growing old together...even if they don't realize it.

I bought all of those capris about three years ago - half Old Navy, half Adidas, and I have to say, they are all holding together well. Plus it sure makes life easy when I don't have to wash halfway through the week (sports bras notwithstanding).

  7. I am ooh-ing and ahh-ing over your pet photos, ha ha. I love animals! I have always had cats but love dogs too. I am impressed each week by how many workouts I get done, too, by the amount of sweaty and stinky laundry I have to do!

    1. I get a lot of satisfaction when I see that my workout laundry pile is larger than my regular laundry pile!

  8. Aww, I love seeing your babies!

Nice work on all the workouts! Good use of those Starbucks mugs containers. I love to save and use mine too!

  9. Hard boiled (steamed) eggs from the IP are the best!! I use my IP at least once a week - it's just handy!
