  1. NOOOOOOO! You may be building some muscle though which I'm told weighs more than fat. Keep it up. You're doing great!

first lets REMOVE THE WORD FROM OUR THOUGHTS :) (law of attraction) and remember that your muscle will weigh more yet you will be more trimcompact.

  7. Nope, NOT a plateau. don't don't don't don't stop!! Remember, summer's coming. Don't you want to sit outside in your shorts and tank top and admire your muscles? Grease 'em up and kiss your biceps? YES!! Get to P'burgh and we'll do it together! LOL

  8. OK, I am feeling better now. Thank you for all of your support and emails (miz!) - I've put away Mary Lou and will just focus on doing the next right thing...which is continuing to eat right and do my workouts.

Hopefool, YES! You must be around my age to know that!

And Lynn? Have you ever seen Anchorman (with the greatest comedic actor and my future second husband, Will Ferrell)? He NAMES his biceps - love that! I want to name 'em, kiss 'em and bronze 'em!

  10. As long as you keep your shirt on - do whatever you want! Have you noticed (much to your delight, I assume) that Will can not keep his shirt on in any movie - he'll use any excuse to take it off. He probably wouldn't even do a movie that required him to keep his shirt on. Well... it is a very manly chest.
