And now, I finally get to post it.
I've lost 100 pounds!!!!!
It took me 18 months, but I finally did it! Considering that I had less than 10 pounds to go since the end of July, it feels like it's taken forever to reach this milestone - oh, you have to love those plateaus (much sarcasm there). But changing up what I eat did the trick and I finally saw that magic number on Friday morning...and again on Saturday...and again on Sunday - so I'm calling this for real!
Twenty or twenty-five more pounds left to lose and I think I'll be at a good goal weight...and who knows? By then I might be finally ready to tell y'all just how much I weighed when I started this crazy journey!
