Ahhh, mundane normalcy. I'm a fan.

We didn't get to see our Renegade babies last weekend because we were out of town, and we won't see them this weekend because they will be out of town. That's too long to go without baby hugs! Cary did text me a couple pictures of Logan tasting his first Popsicle, though, and they are too cute not to share:
A POPSICLE? LOOKS YUMMY! WONDER WHAT FLAVOR IT COULD BE??
LEMON.
She also sent a video, where he kept making that face but going back for more. I get you, Logan, I really do. Of course, that won't stop us from encouraging you to try a Pickle Pop one of these hot days...with camera ready, of course.

Blog news: There won't be a post on Monday, as that is the Memorial Day holiday here in the United States. Hope you all have a great weekend, enjoy the extra day off, and I'll see you back here on Wednesday!
Happy Memorial Day!!!
ReplyDeleteSame to you, MaryFran!
DeleteYay for some relaxing knitting time! That makes me so glad!
ReplyDeleteLOL Logan. THAT FACE! So glad she shared it with you, and you shared with us!
Glad you are enjoying Logan - he's so expressive!
DeleteWoo hoo for knitting again! Can't believe you went two months without knitting. Have a fun weekend! Logan is too funny, especially that he kept going back for more!
ReplyDeleteI never would have thought I could go that long without knitting, but apparently I can do it. :(
DeleteThat face is priceless! Happy Memorial Day Shelley!
ReplyDeleteMy ac is out and they may not be able to fix it until tomorrow. Its hard to believe I grew up in a house that didn't turn on the ac until June sometime or other my mom hated it but we run it all the time year round at our house now days I'm sure living in TX you understand.
Oh Susan, I feel for you!
DeleteYour sock looks like a tiny hat :D Normalcy is underrated, don't you think? You don't appreciate it until it's disrupted for a long period.
ReplyDeleteWe are definitely appreciating a normal day around here, that's for dang sure!
DeleteHaha! Gotta love those baby faces. Have a wondertul weekend!
ReplyDeleteBaby faces are so pure!
DeleteLove that baby face! I got a pickle pop in one of my runner boxes. It's in my freezer just waiting for the day i think i need it...haha
ReplyDeleteLet me know what you think of the pickle pop - our group is about 50/50 on them. I'm in the pro 50% after the first taste, which can be a bit of a shock.
DeleteHes so adorable. I have a 2 yr old grandson of my own.
ReplyDeleteLucky you! I am so pleased that Logan's parents share him with us like they do - babies are the best!
DeleteOh my goodness I love love seeing updates and pictures of him! How sweet!! Glad things are returning to normal around your house!
ReplyDeleteGirl, meeee tooooooo!
DeleteGetting back to normal is great. Only 2 more weeks until we move, then I can start getting there too.
ReplyDeleteThat is so exciting! I hope you post pictures of your new place. :)
