If you can combine it with the longer runs later this season, I wouldn't stop walking. When I ran the long distances for my first half, I kept walking. I could run 11 miles in the morning and walk Bella 30 to 60 minutes in the afternoon. So if you can, keep doing it. <br /><br />Running for froyo! Good idea. <br />I didn't have to run yesterday but we had froyo at work because summer vacation starts for most people and we have summer weather.
