Thanks for visiting my blog...I truly can't believe that Sunny's comment made it through your tough screening process. Not everyone wants to run, really??!! OMG, why not? It's THE best way to exercise, ok...maybe not the ONLY way to exercise but definitely the best. Poor Sunny, does she know what she's missing?? JK, to each her own! By the way, you are MY inspiration and you look like a million dollars, girl!

The Special K cinnamon pecan cereal is the best I have had in a long, long time. The rest are not nearly as good, especially the berries which get goopy and slimy, UGH. But I have the cinnamon pecan every morning!

I know what you mean about added sugar (and other necessary stuff)...I find myself checking labels for HFCS now! Those commercials make me nuts...the ones that say HFCS is ok in moderation. Well, maybe it is, but our food industry doesn't believe in moderation!
