I've been reading a lot of weight-loss blogs lately, and noticed that some bloggers actually exercise twice in one day - at first I was all "Whaaat?!? That's just crazy!!!" but today, after I spent 30 minutes doing step aerobics with WeeFee, I decided to go ride a mile on Ipoholo. Took Paco outside with me and he ran around while I biked, and I must say, I am very proud of myself!!! Now, I am feeling it in my thighs, but to be truthful, I was feeling it while I was doing the step aerobics, so I don't think the bike made it any worse. So yay me, and thanks to all the other weight-loss bloggers out there who are so inspiring!
